Website & booking terms
These terms explain the initial website and enquiry process. Job-specific scope, price, attendance, payment and cancellation terms are provided separately when a booking is confirmed.
1. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a form does not guarantee availability, attendance time or price. Drainamic will review the information and confirm coverage, the responsible engineer or provider, the call-out terms and any known limitations before dispatch.
2. Estimates and changing site conditions
Initial information and pricing may be based on symptoms described before attendance. Hidden defects, restricted access, incorrect plans, hazardous conditions or additional customer instructions may change the required work. Any material change should be explained and authorised before additional chargeable work proceeds, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to make an unsafe situation safe.
3. Network engineers
Work may be delivered by a suitably selected independent engineer or drainage contractor within the Drainamic network. The responsible service provider and applicable commercial terms will be identified during booking confirmation. Specialists are allocated according to stated capability, location and availability.
4. Customer responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, safe and reasonable access, known site hazards and permission to instruct work. Customers should not enter confined spaces, open unsafe chambers or attempt work that could cause injury or contamination.
5. CCTV and technical reports
Findings reflect the access, visibility and pipe condition available at the time of survey. A CCTV survey is not a guarantee against every concealed or future defect. Any report scope, coding standard, drawing, footage delivery and reliance by third parties will be stated in the confirmed order.
6. Website information
We aim to keep information accurate, but general website content is not a site-specific diagnosis, engineering design or guarantee of availability. Do not rely on it as a substitute for an inspection where property damage, health or safety may be at risk.
